Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small or ½ large avocado
  • piece of ginger
  • 250 ml rice milk
  • handful of spinach

Instructions

  1. peel & cut banana, avocado, & ginger into pieces.
  2. add to blender.
  3. add rice milk & spinach, mix until smooth.
  4. quench your thirst & feel like a fully charged battery!

Notes

a fun tip:

when I have a ripened banana, i’ll cut it into ice-cube size pieces and freeze store them in a ziplock bag. they come in handy whenever i feel like having a nice & cold smoothie.
