- 100 oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- add all ingredients plus 160 ml water in a blender or measuring cup.
- mix until it becomes a smooth batter.
- leave the batter to stand for 15 minutes
- bake some pancakes in a little coconut oil.
Nice toppings: blueberries, banana, pecans, honey and grated coconut.
