Vegan quinoa pancakes

Vegan and glutenfree pancakes made from quinoa flour.

Instructions

  1. mix the quinoa flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. puree the banana with almond milk and pour into the flour. Mix until it becomes a nice and smooth batter.
  3. heat some coconut oil in the pan and pour a few circles of the batter on it. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  4. delicious with some fresh (red) fruit, maple syrup or fruit spread.
