melt coconut oil, mix with agave syrup, add to dry ingredients, mix evenly.
in a clean bowl, beat egg white until stiff & puffy, gently fold into coconut mixture.
finish with tablespoon of milk, scoop to mix thoroughly.
line bake tray with parchment paper.
to shape half balls: scoop enough mixture with small tablespoon, gently level mixture by applying pressure, invert spoon to transfer mixture onto bake tray.
bake cookies in preheated oven, about 15-20 minutes.
