Ingredients

Scale
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 160 ml water
  • coconut oil, sparingly

Instructions

  1. add oatmeal, eggs and banana in a bowl or blender.
  2. add 160 ml water.
  3. mix until smooth.
  4. allow batter to rest for 15 minutes.
  5. bake pancakes in a little coconut oil.
  6. dash with tempting toppings: sprinkle blueberries, banana, pecans, honey, or grated coconut, or all!
