Overnight oats banana/nuts

Ingredients

Scale
  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 100 ml almond milk or oat milk
  • handful of unsalted mixed nuts
  • optional: some cinnamon &/or honey
  • 1/2 banana

Instructions

  1. use a storage box or a jar with lid.
  2. mix oatmeal, milk, nuts, a hint of cinnamon, &/or some honey
  3. Place in fridge 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir well in the morning, transfer to small bowl, add some sliced ​​banana.

 

Notes

you can make this recipe absolutely vegan by replacing honey with agave or rice syrup.
