Overnight oats with coconut

a healthy oatmeal breakfast that gives you 10 more minutes in bed.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 40 g oat flakes, preferably flakes, not hard grain.
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp broken flax seed
  • 15 g raisins

Instructions

  1. use a wide mouth container or a preserving jar, preferably air-tight.
  2. peel banana, mash with almond milk in container
  3. add the rest of ingredients, stir well.
  4. cover or seal container,
  5. store in fridge overnight.
  6. sleep tight… !
