- 100 g quinoa flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 160 ml almond milk
- coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- in a bowl, mix quinoa flour, baking powder, & a pinch of salt.
- puree banana with almond milk, & pour into flour. mix until nice & smooth.
- in a frying pan, heat coconut oil in pan, pour batter in spiral circles onto pan. bake both sides until golden brown.
- decorate pancake with colorful tangy sweet fresh fruits.
- prepare maple syrup in a small ramekin on the side, or, pour it on, as you wish!
