Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cm ginger
  • spinach, a handful of
  • dash of rice milk

Instructions

  1. peel avocado & pear, add to blender.
  2. peel & grate ginger, add to blender.
  3. add a handful of spinach & a dash of rice milk.
  4. just blend!
