Silken tofu with chili peppers

soft tofu spiced up with soy sauce & chili peppers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 125 g silken tofu
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 chili pepper, sliced
  • 1 el finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 el soy sauce, gluten free if preferred
  • 40 ml plant based oil
  • 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil

 

Instructions

  1. on a heat resistant plate, cut tofu in pieces.
  2. garnish tofu with spring onion, chili pepper, & cilantro, pour soy sauce over it.
  3. in a small sauce pan, heat oil until smoke hot, pour oil over garnishing spices evenly, allow to sizzle a bit.
  4. enjoy.
