Ingredients

- 125 g silken tofu
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 chili pepper, sliced
- 1 el finely chopped cilantro
- 1 el soy sauce, gluten free if preferred
- 40 ml plant based oil
- 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
Instructions
- on a heat resistant plate, cut tofu in pieces.
- garnish tofu with spring onion, chili pepper, & cilantro, pour soy sauce over it.
- in a small sauce pan, heat oil until smoke hot, pour oil over garnishing spices evenly, allow to sizzle a bit.
- enjoy.
