Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 small or 1/2 large avocado
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 1/2 pited medjool date
  • handful of spinach
  • 250 ml rice milk

Instructions

  1. peel & cut apple, avocado, & cucumber.
  2. add dates, spinach, & rice milk to blender.
  3. mix thoroughly until smooth.
