Herb yogurt dip

just combine your favorite fresh herbs to plain yogurt, and receive a bundle of joy, simple as that!

Ingredients

  • a bunch of your favorite fresh herbs, e.g. cilantro, mint, parsley, dill, chives, basil, sage…
  • goat or soy yogurt
  • optional: lemon juice

Instructions

  1. take herbs, remove stems, chop finely.
  2. pour yogurt in cup, add herbs, mix thoroughly,
  3. add salt & pepper, and/or lemon juice to taste.
