Herb yogurt dip
just combine your favorite fresh herbs to plain yogurt, and receive a bundle of joy, simple as that!

- Yield: make what you need
- a bunch of your favorite fresh herbs, e.g. cilantro, mint, parsley, dill, chives, basil, sage…
- goat or soy yogurt
- optional: lemon juice
- take herbs, remove stems, chop finely.
- pour yogurt in cup, add herbs, mix thoroughly,
- add salt & pepper, and/or lemon juice to taste.
a great compliment when used with carrot burgers.
