Mango citrus smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp flax seed

Instructions

  1. squeeze lemon, lime & orange. add juice to blender.
  2. peel mango & banana, cut into pieces.
  3. add cut fruits & flax seeds, blend until smooth.
  4. enjoy!
