Mango citrus smoothie

- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 orange
- 1/2 mango
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- squeeze lemon, lime & orange. add juice to blender.
- peel mango & banana, cut into pieces.
- add cut fruits & flax seeds, blend until smooth.
