Date pecan cookie
Super easy and tasty pecan cookies.

- 10 large dates
- 200 g pecans
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- soak dates in cold water, 10 minutes.
- preheat oven, 170 ºC / 340 ºF
- cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
- drain dates, put all ingredients in food processor, blend to form granular dough.
- use tablespoon to scoop dough onto baking sheet, press & shape into cookie.
- bake cookies in oven, 10 minutes,
- remove from oven, allow to cool completely.
Notes
while pecans might be expensive, but you worth more!
