Gluten free crackers

crispy crackers, GLUTEN FREE !!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, plus some extra to brush over cracker dough before baking
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. preheat oven, 160 ºC / 320 ºF.
  2. add all ingredients to food processor, blend until smooth.
  3. line baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. roll out dough on parchment paper.
  5. with a knife, carefully mark horizontal & vertical lines on dough, into desired size & shape, for easy cut or break after bake.
  6. brush dough with melted butter.
  7. bake crackers until crispy golden brown, 12-20 minutes.
  8. let cool on wire rack.

** baking time may vary depending on different ovens, stay close to observe for best result.**
