- 120 g buckwheat grains
- 120 g oatmeal
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g pumpkin seeds
- pinch of sea salt
- 150 g apple sauce, without added sugar
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp rice syrup, or honey

Instructions
- preheat oven, 175 °C / 350 °F.
- add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl.
- in a separate bowl, mix apple sauce, tahini, & your choice of rice syrup or honey.
- add apple sauce mixture to dry ingredients, stir well to form nice chunks.
- spread granola on a parchment-lined baking sheet, keep it chunky!
- bake 30 minutes.
- while baking, push & flip granola twice to ensure all sides are nicely browned, spoon carefully so chunks do not fall apart.
- remove when crispy brown.
- allow granola cool down completely.
- storing in an airtight jar.
