Ingredients

- 1 banana
- 1 small or ½ large avocado
- piece of ginger
- 250 ml rice milk
- handful of spinach
Instructions
- peel & cut banana, avocado, & ginger into pieces.
- add to blender.
- add rice milk & spinach, mix until smooth.
- quench your thirst & feel like a fully charged battery!
Notes
a fun tip:
when I have a ripened banana, i’ll cut it into ice-cube size pieces and freeze store them in a ziplock bag. they come in handy whenever i feel like having a nice & cold smoothie.
