with a bit of salt, & the tricks i’m about to show you in two different flavors, you’ll have your own best flavored low fat, gluten free PoPcorns, naturally. it’s party time with 2X the fun!!
Funky popcorn
PoP-pOp, pOP corns in 2 funky flavors: Peanut butter, sweet & salty Cinnamon.
Ingredients

popcorn preparation:
- a handful of popcorn corn kernels
- coconut oil
peanut butter coating:
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
sweet & salty cinnamon coating:
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- in a sauce pan, add all topping ingredients of your choice, melt & stir slowly.
- in a sieve, rinse corn kernels with tap water, drain & let dry.
- in a frying pan, heat to melt coconut oil, medium heat.
- invert dried corn kernels in pan, cover lid immediately.
- with lid covered, shake & swirl pan occasionally, keep pan close to heat source to avoid loosing heat.
- as soon as corn kernels popped, turn off heat.
- Wait a few seconds before remove lid to avoid “popcorn explosion” in your kitchen….:D
- pour melted topping onto popcorn, mix thoroughly.
- transfer popcorn to bowl, allow cool down,
- while cooling, toss popcorn bowl a few times to prevent popcorns from sticking together.
- *** coated popcorns tends to stay hot in the center, savor with caution while hot.
