Ingredients

- 1/2 banana
- 100 ml almond milk
- 40 g oat flakes, preferably flakes, not hard grain.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tbsp broken flax seed
- 15 g raisins
Instructions
- use a wide mouth container or a preserving jar, preferably air-tight.
- peel banana, mash with almond milk in container
- add the rest of ingredients, stir well.
- cover or seal container,
- store in fridge overnight.
- sleep tight… !
