just mix some oatmeal, milk, and nuts, store it in the fridge before bed time,
¡Voila! a healthy breakfast ready on the table in no time!
Overnight oats banana/nuts

Ingredients

- 40 g oatmeal
- 100 ml almond milk or oat milk
- handful of unsalted mixed nuts
- optional: some cinnamon &/or honey
- 1/2 banana
Instructions
- use a storage box or a jar with lid.
- mix oatmeal, milk, nuts, a hint of cinnamon, &/or some honey
- Place in fridge 8 hours or overnight.
- Stir well in the morning, transfer to small bowl, add some sliced banana.
Notes
you can make this recipe absolutely vegan by replacing honey with agave or rice syrup.
Also try overnight oats with coconut and raisins!
