Green banana smoothie
Green spinach – avocado – banana smoothie.

- 1 banana
- handful of spinach
- 1 small or ½ large avocado
- piece of ginger
- 250 ml rice milk
- peel the banana, avocado and ginger. Cut into pieces and add to a blender.
- add rice milk and spinach and mix until smooth.
Whenever I have a ripe banana left, I cut it in pieces and store it in the freezer. This way you can always make a delicious (cold!) smoothie from your stock.
