Are you not a morning person, like me? Then I will show you how to make overnight oats. Before bedtime, you just have to mix some oatmeal, milk and nuts and store it in the fridge.
Next day, you will have your breakfast ready in no time!
Overnight oats banana/nuts

- Yield: 1 person 1x
- 100 ml (almond/oat) milk
- 40 g oatmeal
- handful of unsalted mixed nuts
- optional: some cinnamon and/or honey
- 1/2 banana
- mix oatmeal, milk, nuts and a hint of cinnamon and/or a some honey in a storage box or jar with a lid. Place in fridge 8 hours or overnight.
- Stir well in the morning, transfer to a small bowl and add some sliced banana.
Also try overnight oats with coconut and raisins! Make this recipe vegan by replacing honey with agave or rice syrup.
