Vegan quinoa pancakes
Vegan and glutenfree pancakes made from quinoa flour.

- Yield: 4 persons 1x
- 100 g quinoa flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 160 ml almond milk
- mix the quinoa flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- puree the banana with almond milk and pour into the flour. Mix until it becomes a nice and smooth batter.
- heat some coconut oil in the pan and pour a few circles of the batter on it. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- delicious with some fresh (red) fruit, maple syrup or fruit spread.
