a healthy banana pancakes with just 3 ingredients: oatmeal, egg, & banana.

- 100 g oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 160 ml water
- coconut oil, sparingly

- add oatmeal, eggs and banana in a bowl or blender.
- add 160 ml water.
- mix until smooth.
- allow batter to rest for 15 minutes.
- bake pancakes in a little coconut oil.
- dash with tempting toppings: sprinkle blueberries, banana, pecans, honey, or grated coconut, or all!
