- 100 g pumpkin puree
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 date, pitted
- 50 g goat or plant based yogurt
- pumpkin spices
- topping of your choice: pumpkin seeds, pecans, quinoa granola, oatmeal granola, or pumpkin spiced granola.
Instructions
- add pumpkin, banana, vanilla essence, date, & yogurt to blender, blend thoroughly.
- pour mixture into a bowl.
- sprinkle pumpkin spices & toppings of your choice.
Notes
Replace the yogurt with vegetable milk and make it your creamy smoothie!
