- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp melted butter, plus some extra to brush over cracker dough before baking
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- preheat oven, 160 ºC / 320 ºF.
- add all ingredients to food processor, blend until smooth.
- line baking tray with parchment paper.
- roll out dough on parchment paper.
- with a knife, carefully mark horizontal & vertical lines on dough, into desired size & shape, for easy cut or break after bake.
- brush dough with melted butter.
- bake crackers until crispy golden brown, 12-20 minutes.
- let cool on wire rack.
** baking time may vary depending on different ovens, stay close to observe for best result.**
