- 1/2 apple
- 1 small or 1/2 large avocado
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1 1/2 pited medjool date
- handful of spinach
- 250 ml rice milk
Instructions
- peel & cut apple, avocado, & cucumber.
- add dates, spinach, & rice milk to blender.
- mix thoroughly until smooth.
Other great combinations: spinach-banana-avocado, spinach-banana-cashew nuts and spinach-avocado-pear smoothies.
